2 hours later

Write what you know, is the same advice as speak of only what you know... unless you are like me took IB classes in high school and the greatest skill I walked away with was how to effectively bull shit my way through many many papers and in class discussions. I would familiarize myself with the meat of the story, know how it began and end and vola! a B+ paper. Unfortunately, real life situations dont always work out that way.

I'm about 3 hours away from home for a Managers Class for work. A 3 day loooong class. I'm really learning a lot from it, but bottom line... there is no b.s. when it comes to this type of management. Everything depends on how things are precieved. Say it so its seen one way not the other. Dont tell, ask. Let them discover themselves what they need to do. I like to look it at more as Im a coach of my teller line.

Blah, enough about work. It takes up so much of my life and day. I've been wanting to write all week, but now that I made time too... Im just starting at the computer screen, all that Ive writen so far has taken me nearly 2 hours. Maybe blogging wasnt a good idea?

No, I dont give up that easily. Ill find my niche.
